Terms and conditions:

  1. Graphic designs and end product differences:  The user understands that the pictures and graphics used in the website are for demonstration purposes only. This includes entire product portfolio including flower arrangement, cards, cakes, cookies etc. They may or may not represent the actual end product. We make all possible efforts to deliver exactly as per the product description and design as the user sees on the website. However due to seasonal and location specific limitations we might need to substitute certain flowers in the flower arrangements or designs of the cake icing. Although, we promise that no compromise will be done with the quality and worth of the end product and value of the substitutions will be equal to or higher than what is shown on the site. The user understands that the end products delivered at your doorsteps may look different from the graphics seen on the website and hence this will not be considered as a misrepresentation of facts at the end of the website www.bookmycake.com. Any complaints raised by the customer in this regard will not be taken up as a grievance by our website and the customer will not be entitled for a refund or replacement of goods.

  3. Address of delivery: The user takes full responsibility of the correctness of the address provided along with other details when making a request. We will not be responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained. There will be no refunds in case the user provides wrong address.

  5. Deliveries: We DO NOT ensure the delivery on a specified time due to the logistics involved. The customer can still request for a specific time of delivery, in the "Special Instructions" column in the order form. We aim and strive for a timely delivery of goods but do not guarantee it.

  7. Point to remember while placing order:
    • Orders can be made at our website www.bookmycake.com 24X7.
    • We do not take orders on phone.
    • Orders made until 12 PM IST shall be eligible for same date delivery unless otherwise mentioned.
    • To ensure timely delivery make sure the order is placed 24 hours before the expected date and time of the delivery. If the time duration of order placed is less than 24 hours then it may lead to delayed deliveries for which the website and its owners are not to be held responsible.
    • Make sure to provide all the necessary details including phone number correct address, Place of delivery, time of delivery, any special personal note to be attached, any particular writing on the cake etc.
    • Details needed for delivery in hotel or hospital or any third party:
    • Hotel

      • Full address of the hotel.
      • Room No.
      • Telephone number of the hotel.
      • Name of Tour company, if applicable.
      • Note: If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

      Hospital

      • Full address of the hospital.
      • Ward number or name.
      • Home address of recipient with phone number.
      • Take a print of your order form. Keep your order number handy.
    • Deliveries by our service providers are done between (11 AM to 7 PM) all 7 days a week.
    • Orders placed can not be delivered before 11AM, since the cakes have to be procured fresh from the bakery and delivered.

  9. No refund situations:  We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. The order shall be deemed completed under the following circumstances. Also there will be no refunds for such orders placed.
    • Wrong Address: If the address provided in the order form are incomplete or wrong or belongs to a state or region beyond the city limits of Gurgaon.  
    • If the delivery premises is found locked or no recipient is available.
    • If the customer cancels the order for any reason other than damaged goods received at the time of delivery.
    • If the customer raises issues with the quality of the goods after 48 hours of delivery.
    • Wrong phone number or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ not reachable and delivery is not done due to this.
    • Product delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
    • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. The customer may attempt a cancellation by calling our customer care. We guarantee our full support.
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 24 hours prior to the delivery date. No refunds will be possible otherwise.
    • Change in instructions will be entertained only before 5 hours of the estimated time of delivery subjected to acknowledgement by our Customer support team.
    • Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure in person delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. We will have the delivery receipt with the signature of the recipient for your reference.

  13. Missed Deliveries: Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.

  15. Return Policy: Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we at www.bookmycake.com  have a strict No Return policy for any product. No product shall be eligible for return for a like item, or for a cash refund, unless proven that it has been received damaged, unusable and/or incorrectly sent.

  17. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

  19. We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
